New {N} (Never played - regardless of
its age; likely to be in factory shrink-wrap if it was purchased like that). ^^
Like New {LN} or Near-Mint
{NM} (Opened, likely played at least once; but no obvious flaws
noted). ^^
Excellent {EX} (Looks and sounds great, with
a possibility of minor blemishes such as paper-scuffs/light surface scratches
existing, which we feel does not detract from the listening experience). ^^
Very Good {VG} (Shows light/soft visible
issues or/and has infrequent audio concerns such as light surface noises, which
may be especially noticeable during intro/fade/soft passages without
overpowering the sound otherwise.) ^^
Good {G} or Acceptable {A} (Looks/sounds
played (hiss/pops) with some obvious use/wear (faded shine) and may include
mild groove distortion or scratches deep enough to be felt with a fingernail.
Does not skip/repeat using our turntable.) ^^
Fair {F} (Media may be cracked, chipped
or otherwise damaged, but it plays ok (may skip/repeat) using caution on our
equipment; or recording may be ultra-rare, or could be useful as a decoration
or to complete a collection.) A " + " or a " - " following the
grade letter indicates slightly above or below grade, but not quite the next
level (in our opinion). We do not believe that any
warping is tolerable above a “fair” grade. Record jackets, covers,
labels, inserts, inlays and J-cards: Those marked as NEW are fresh,
crisp, white, generic, replacements unless otherwise specified. Those marked as
having an EX grade confirms while used, have no markings, non-factory/store
stickers or/and split seams are present. VG+ grade may have minor signs
of handling, including repaired splits, stickers, tape, and writing, however
are fully usable. Those marked as VG and below may be yellowed or faded
with age, show handling soil, and/or un-repaired splits/tears. Those
marked as ORIGINAL are the ones that came with the item. All albums and
45’s come with a clear, poly slipover outer cover sleeve
protector. Term "inlay" refers to the label on a record,
or the under-tray art of a CD. Records and CD’s are stored vertically and have never been
inside a jukebox ; but should be able to be enjoyed
in this manner if buyer so chooses. CD’s and tapes are never stored inside a
vehicle so they stay out of the potentially damaging weather. DVD’s and VHS
tapes are also stored vertically. Any
promotional “extra” which may have been part of the original purchase such as
an accessory, a poster, or a special advertisement for example, is not included
in this sale if not shown in the pictures or/and mentioned in the description. Our
audio and video media is both visually examined and "play graded"
(unless new/unopened) but remember our evaluation may not be the same as yours,
as our playback equipment will vary from yours, so we may have a different
experience. Because of this possibility, we do accept 30-day returns. We keep
pictures and a database of serial numbers of our items. Therefore, if you find
an error we overlooked and would rather return this item
because you disagree with stated condition, just let us know. QUALITY (What
You Can Expect From Us…) First,
there are no flaws to our knowledge if not stated in the table description or
displayed in the pictures. Neither camera/scanner nor photographers are
perfect. Items
come from inside our home as opposed to a damp garage or a musty non-climate
controlled storage location. Furthermore, our home really IS (and has been) a
covid-safe and non-smoking environment. Pictures
shown are of the item itself, not web-based, catalog examples or basic images
(such as a generic stack of records or magazines). Nor are they copied from
stock sources as a representative sample, nor snagged from other seller's
listings (not plagiarized). We
have over 26 years’ of selling experience (multiple accounts) on Pricetronic, and over
67 years collecting various things. Hence, our
opinion of item condition is explained by attempting to define each area of an
item – the points that if we were buying it, we would want to know. In our view, listings with empty descriptions usually raise
a red flag. Do you ever wonder, “If something goes awry during the
transaction, will I be “ghosted”? If I have to contact a vendor about a
problem, when given a full business day to respond - will I only hear back from

tax, delivery charges, Customs’ dues, currency exchange rates, and/or VAT
requirements, etc. are separate and in addition to the item cost and any
shipping/handling expense'. These charges are calculated, collected and

Your Purchase…) Orders
are handled during business hours: Monday-Friday, 10AM to 4PM (US Eastern
Zone), except holidays. We check email daily. Every order includes tracking.
Large orders will be insured at no cost to the buyer. For the sake of buyer
security and protection, in order to deter mail-theft and/or “porch pirates”,
orders exceeding $50.00 may require a delivery signature by an adult resident
at no charge to buyer. Postal costs can vary and are based on weight,
size, postal-class and distance of package being sent (from my zip-code to the
zip-code to which item is being sent) and are regulated by the carrier of which
we sellers have no control. Please
note that items containing advertisements or are not media do not qualify for
the less expensive media-mail rate. (For example, the Post-Office defines media
as books, records, tapes, CDs, DVDs, sheet music, manuscripts, etc.) All orders are transported via the least expensive option
available; keep in mind the Post-Office increased rates January 22,
2023 and again on July 9th. However, if buyer still
prefers to purchase an upgraded faster option, that choice may be selected
during checkout if available. An
order may only be mailed to the address shown on the order page; which buyer is
given a chance to confirm/edit prior to making payment. If experiencing issues
updating the address or phone, please alert us. Sellers’ are not permitted to
change or edit a buyer’s address – even if it is asked of us. All
items are carefully padded and packed with bend resistant inserts as needed,
then sealed inside special cardboard mailers and/or Mylar bags for
safe weather-resistant delivery. Shipping materials may be recycled as to
reduce waste. USPS shipping available to most US destinations, including PO
Boxes (buyers using POB’s are responsible for picking up their packages from
their unit in a timely manner). Please note that shipping to locations in
Alaska, Hawaii, and/or Military bases (APO), Ships (FPO) and Diplomatic (DPO)
addresses, along with US Territories/Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, American
Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, etc.) may take longer due
to distance and Postal Regulations. If
order must be re-mailed due to a non-deliverable address, buyer shall be
responsible to pay any additional postage. In case the first attempt fails, any
original shipping incurred cannot be reimbursed to buyer under such
circumstances (because payment was made to the carrier the first
time). Other
delays beyond our ability to control may occur due to holiday schedules at
the carrier, extreme public/natural disaster (non-preventable) situations such
as hurricanes, earthquakes, blizzards, floods, fires, war, carrier work
disputes, etc. We will be glad to help work out a resolve for buyers in such
cases. Also,
please note that your package will not be sent from any other venue. Your
purchase is with us, NC-Daydreamer through eBa y – it will not
arrive to you from anywhere else without notification. RETURNS (Customer
Service After The Sale…) Please
advise us of your intent so that we may issue an RMA number (return merchandise
authorization) so that we can quickly process your request. This also allows us
to authorize a pre-paid postage label for you as may be qualified. In
circumstances where buyer does not advise us in advance and decides to
voluntarily self-pay return postage instead – please note this postage cannot
be reimbursed; even for items marked as ‘free returns’. If/when a buyer chooses
to self-pay for the return postage, are welcome to upgrade when they pay the
carrier by adding insurance, tracking, etc. at their expense (these options
benefit sender, not recipient). If
item has not shipped, we can try to cancel order if customer makes such a
request. In the unlikely event the order has not arrived to buyer by the
expected delivery date (this date is only a guesstimate from Pricetronic
which the carrier does not guarantee) let us know and we will be glad to have
it traced for you. Should
buyer desire to return order for a refund after it arrives, please let us know
what went wrong, as we want buyers happy. The sooner we know there is a
problem, the more likely we can resolve it amicably. Before
any refund may be issued, the received order (or other documentation) must be
returned to us when/if requested within 30 calendar days of date delivered
(unless carrier lost order) and be in same condition as it was sent. If
a shipping problem has occurred, usually, the carrier will affix an advisory
sticker to the package. Buyer may be asked to provide pictures of outside
envelope/box (include a pic of the shipping label and any carrier notice), and
of item damage (including serial number if any) for insurance
purposes. If we need the item back, we will notify you and pay for
the postage (so please do not discard just yet.) We thank you in advance. In
order for a full refund to be issued when qualified, valid returns must include
(per Pricetronic rules) item packaging and accessories (if any); being in same
condition as it was sent. Examples include a specialty molded product display
box, CD jewel-case and artwork, book dust jacket, manufacturer’s instructions,
registration cards, cassette j-cards or branded record jackets, still attached
clothing tags, sport-cards plastic covers, etc., and show no extra signs of
alterations, use or wear. Please understand this does not
necessarily mean returning the outside shipping box/bag – just all the contents.
(Exception may be if insurance wants the container or just pictures; in which
case we will advise.) Condition of item and accessories such as power
cords, serial numbers (if any present) will be verified. Customers
are welcome to reach out to us whenever needed, before and after
purchase. Unless there is an emergency whereas I am in the hospital, or,
there is an electrical failure, the computer blue-screened, or, there is
something really out of our control happening, we will respond within one
business day. FEEDBACK (Just
Between Us…) We
support Pricetronic’s voluntary feedback system and acknowledge its significance for
both buyers and sellers. As a result, we are delighted to return feedback
for customers. The effort a buyer makes in issuing feedback alerts us that it
is important to them (you); therefore, it is our pleasure to reciprocate
quickly. We at NC's are not the kind of seller who ignores you
by just accepting your kind feedback, then rudely and arrogantly refuse to
acknowledge you in return (as some sellers do – I know because this situation
has happened to me) – here, you are recognized and valued . However,
