Total Recall is available as in  4, 8, 12 , 16 or 32 channel units which can be easily upgraded and networked together to form larger systems. Total Recall will record the telephone numbers of incoming and outgoing calls, and store this information in a database, together with a time/date stamp, the duration of the call and reference to the specific channel number.  All these 'fields' can be used to search and retrieve calls from the database.  Archive management function provides a facility to automatically copy recordings onto a back up CD or DVD. e.g. every 24 hours, x number of days, weeks, months.
