Installation Services
We pride our
selves on the quality of our installations and our aim
is to ensure that when we leave, the customer is a happy
and satisfied one.
Our installation team are
more than pleased to work around individual client needs
understanding that flexibility is required to minimise
disruption.
Training
Administration and
operator training is normally conducted directly after
the installation. We can offer both on site and off site
training and tailor to suite individual requirements.
It is always best to
arrange a quality un disturbed time period for training,
this then ensures that the systems can be operated
efficiently.
After sales maintenance support
Our technical support
engineers are on hand during normal office working ours
and often beyond. We support systems through out the UK
and Europe.
Hardware failure is becoming more rare these days and
often we can support over telephone or use utilise
remote dial in diagnostics. But if an engineer is
required on site then we will speedily despatch an
engineer complete with spares or spare recorder.
